Pack: Tarot Renacentista by Giovanni Vacchetta "Last Units"
It consists of 78 letters + book with instructions in Spanish plus bag.
Giovanni Vacchetta was a famous artist and Piedmontese scholar who lived at the end of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century. One of the reasons that make your tarot interesting, regardless of its great beauty and detail, is the original and very personal vision that he captured in each of his letters.
The taste of Vacchetta for the art of previous centuries is reflected in the images of his letters, of clearly Medieval and Renaissance inspiration. For many this tarot is a precursor to the famous Rider Waite that would be published 16 years later.
In this version of the tarot of Giovanni Vacchetat, his 78 letters have been colored by the Mexican artist Guillermo D. Elizarrarás. Vaccheta, consecrated artist, was professor of drawing at the Albertina Academy in Turin and of superior design at the Industrial Museum of the same city. Among his works is the decoration of the Aula Magna in the Castle of Valentino, one of the residences of the House of Savoy, which is a World Heritage Site and headquarters of the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Turin. The case includes a book and the 78-card tarot.
